As a Landlord, you are responsible to ensure that all electrical fittings and wirings are safe. Should a tenant die as a result of unsafe electrics, landlords run the risk of being prosecuted.   

We now offer Electrical Installation Condition Reports which supersede the previous Periodic Inspection Reports.

We offer 2 levels of Report

1.  Electrical Installation Condition Report

This is a comprehensive Test and Inspection of the Installation and will highlight any dangerous conditions and non-compliance with the Wiring Regulations

2.  Domestic Visual Condition Report

This is as it name implies a visual check of the Installation and will not pick up on any wiring faults. However in addition to this Report we run spot checks on sockets, RCD operation and Earthing.

3.  PAT Testing of Appliances eg Washing Machines, Vacs. Etc.
 

Cost of Inspection and Testing vary with the no. of circuits 

Items and whether or not the premises are occupied.
